Softcon's Warranty policies may or may not change without notice. Software therefore reserves the right to amend this page at any time.

• CR391 Medium and Basic controllers purchased 2018 and after now has a 5 year limited Warranty. A faulty CR391 will be swapped out with a refurbished unit; the remaining Warranty period will remain valid.
• Repairs carried out on CR391 controllers (After the 5 Year Warranty period) will carry a 3 Month workmanship Warranty.
• All Warranties excludes Physical, Lightning and Water Damage.
• All repairs on the CR355 and CR390 have been discontinued. Refurbished CR391 Controllers will be available for replacement at a discounted price.
• Delivery of some purches will include subsidised delivery. Please enquire with a sales person for more details.
• Gold clients will now receive 2 x CR391 PC Boards as loan units which is to be used for immediate replacement whilst faulty boards are repaired.
  
  • These two Boards remain the property of Softcon, they are merely tools lended by Softcon for quality purpose.
  • Collection and Delivery of the faulty controllers is now included.
